What is Wizz Flex?
Wizz Flex service allows passengers to change the date, time and flight route without additional charges up to 3 hours before scheduled flight time. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and uncertainty about flights this service has become extremely popular.
As a standalone service, WIZZ Flex can be purchased on a passenger basis. In case of a return flight, the purchase of the WIZZ Flex applies to both flights (outbound and inbound) and the service fee will be calculated accordingly, based on the number of passengers and flights.
Remember: Fare differences, if applicable, are collected separately. If the fare of the new flight is higher than that of the original, the fare difference must be paid.
If you purchased a WIZZ Flex, you may request a refund of your purchase price. The purchase price of your reservation will be refunded to your WIZZ Account as credit. Please note that the purchase price of the WIZZ Flex service will not be refunded to your WIZZ Account.
